Condor People - Bridging the Americas

This is "Condor People" a project dedicated to creating an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, and socially just human presence on Mother Earth. Based upon the legend, "The Eagle and Condor", from South America this is a gathering place for people who love the Earth, Life, and future generations. Inside you will find information, photos, and video from the Ecuadorian rainforest and Andes Mountains. There are stories and myths from the rainforest, personal accounts and news about the struggles of the indigenous peoples from around the world and more. There are opportunities for ethno-botanical tourism, study, research, spiritual retreats and social activism. We are also about connecting and re-connecting. Because of humanities separation with the rest of life we are in a very critical moment in history. To the best of our knowledge no generation has confronted what we confront right now on Planet Earth. There is political, social and economic upheaval, escalating human rights violations, war and virtually every natural habitat across the planet is in a degraded condition. This is what we are faced with, right now on Planet Earth and this is what needs to change. With the re-connection of our spirits to the sacredness of life our natural intelligence and wisdom will return and we will remember that we are all connected in many ways. With this new and ancient worldview we can begin to heal the wounds of the past and create a society worth living in.
